Every wedding is different. Your package should be too.
Wedding Planning Packages for UK & European Weddings
Whether you're planning a single perfect day or an entire wedding weekend
I plan weddings for couples who want their celebration to feel completely, unmistakably theirs. Multi-day Indian weddings, destination weekends across Europe, single-day Scottish castle celebrations, and everything in between.
The level of support is different for each. What doesn't change is the effort I’ll put into making your day magical.
Full Service Wedding Planning
You have a vision. Maybe it's fully formed, maybe it's just a feeling. Either way, this package means I’m with you from the very beginning.
We build your entire wedding design through The Love Blueprint, find your venue, put together the right team of suppliers, and manage every contract and every decision. I'm there in person across every event day to make sure it all unfolds exactly as it should.
This is for couples planning a single wedding day, multi-day celebrations, destination weekends across Europe, and multicultural events where two cultures need to feel equally honoured. Whether you're planning one perfect day or an entire wedding weekend, the level of thought and care is the same.

Partial Service Wedding Planning
You've made a brilliant start. The venue is booked, some suppliers are confirmed, and you know what you want. You just need someone to come in, take the weight of the final stretch off your shoulders, and make sure every piece fits together perfectly.
I join you around six months out. I review everything you've built, fill any gaps, manage any outstanding suppliers, and take full ownership of the run-in to your wedding day. By the time the morning arrives, everything is handled.
- One venue walkthrough and full logistics review
- Supplier liaison and management from six months out
- Budget tracking and timeline development
- Style board and logistics plan refinement
- Sourcing and management of any remaining suppliers
- Review of existing contracts and supplier schedules
- Detailed wedding-day itinerary
- On-site team management and post-event wrap-up
Month- Of Wedding Coordination
You've planned the whole thing. Now you just want to actually be there for it.
In the final month, I step in and take complete ownership of the coordination. Every supplier confirmed, every timeline aligned, a detailed day-of schedule built and in every vendor's hands. On the day itself, I'm on site with an assistant coordinator so that you, your partner and everyone you love can be fully present.
No logistics. No last-minute decisions landing in your lap. Just your wedding, running exactly as you planned it.
- Handover meeting four weeks before the wedding
- Vendor confirmation and timeline alignment
- Detailed wedding-day schedule and contact sheet
- Venue walkthrough and logistics check
- Guest and supplier liaison throughout
- Full on-site coordination with assistant coordinator
- Management of setup, transitions and breakdown
Every wedding is priced to what it actually needs
A three-day celebration in Seville and a single afternoon in a Scottish castle are very different things, and you should only ever pay for what yours genuinely requires. Book a discovery call, and I'll put together a proposal built around your specific vision, destination and scope.
The Love Blueprint
Every full planning wedding begins here. But if you're not ready to commit to full planning, you can book The Love Blueprint on its own. A deep-dive session where I build your complete creative direction, colour story, venue recommendations and full design vision — something you can take to any supplier and know everyone is working from the same page.

A wedding planner supports you through every stage of planning - from finding the right venue and suppliers to managing timelines, logistics, and the wedding day itself. Our goal is to make the process effortless and enjoyable so you can focus on celebrating with your loved ones.
We go a step further and curate your wedding with a signature design document called ‘The Love Blueprint’. It keeps all your suppliers on the same track and ensures you get everything you want out of the day. -
Yes. We have planners with lived experience of both Indian and Western weddings. We specialise in multi-day celebrations, including mehndi, sangeet, ceremony, and reception celebrations. We work closely with couples and families to honour traditions while creating a seamless, joyful experience.

Every wedding is priced individually based on the number of event days, the destination and the scope of what's involved. A single wedding day, a three day Indian celebration in Andalusia and an intimate Scottish elopement are all very different things and should be priced accordingly. Book a discovery call and I'll put together a proposal built around your specific wedding.

Venue coordinators focus on the venue and catering, while a wedding planner manages the entire celebration. We coordinate all suppliers, oversee timelines, design the experience, and ensure every detail of your wedding day runs smoothly.
-
Yes. We specialise in destination weddings across the UK and Europe, including Spain, Portugal and Italy. From sourcing venues to coordinating international suppliers, we manage the logistics so planning from abroad feels easy.

Full-service planning is ideal if you want guidance from the very beginning. Partial planning works well if you've already started planning but need support pulling everything together. Month-of coordination is perfect if you want a professional to manage the final details and the wedding day itself.

You get to be present at your own wedding. A good planner takes every logistical decision, every vendor negotiation, every day-of problem off your plate entirely. Beyond the logistics, you get someone who protects your vision throughout the process - from the first venue conversation to the moment the last guest leaves. The couples who work with us consistently say the same thing: they didn't realise how much they needed it until they had it 🤍
-
Most couples book their planner 12–18 months before their wedding, especially for destination or multi-day celebrations. However, we also offer partial planning from 6 months out and month-of coordination for couples who have already planned most of their wedding.
-
Absolutely - a significant number of our couples are based in the US, particularly those planning destination weddings in Europe or Scottish celebrations. We work across time zones and handle all venue and vendor communication on your behalf, so the distance is never a problem. Most of our planning process happens virtually, with site visits built in at key moments.
-
Yes - this is exactly what we specialise in. Whether you're based in the US, India or anywhere else in the world, we manage every detail of your European destination wedding from start to finish. You don't need to be on the ground. That's what we're here for.
-
The Love Blueprint is our signature design session - a deep dive into who you are as a couple before we make a single venue call or contact a single supplier. From it we build your complete creative direction: colour story, aesthetic references, venue recommendations, florals, lighting, atmosphere and a full design document you can share with every vendor. It's what ensures your wedding feels completely, entirely yours rather than beautiful but generic. It's included in all full planning packages and also available as a standalone service for £750.

Yes - Hindu and Sikh weddings are at the heart of what we do. We understand the cultural and religious significance of every ritual, from the pheras and saptapadi to the anand karaj, and we know how to honour those traditions beautifully within a destination or UK setting. We also have strong relationships with pandits and granthis who travel for destination celebrations.
