I step in when you're 6 months away to refine, align and professionally manage every moving part. Includes:
- Vendor liaison & management
- Unlimited meetings & access to your planner in-person or virtually
- Budget tracking & timeline development
- Style board & logistics plan refinement
- Sourcing, negotiation & management of any new suppliers
- 1 venue walk-through
- Review of existing contracts & supplier schedules
- Development of a detailed wedding-day itinerary
- On-the-day coordination
On-The-Day Coordination
Perfect for couples who have planned their own wedding but want professional support to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Includes:
- Handover meeting 4 weeks before the wedding to review plans & suppliers
- Vendor confirmation and timeline alignment with all suppliers
- Creation of a detailed wedding-day schedule and contact sheet
- Venue walkthrough and logistics check (if required)
- Full coordination and supervision on the wedding day, with an assistant planner on-site (Depending on the number of guests)
- Guest and supplier liaison throughout the event
- Management of setup, transitions, and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience
Destination Wedding Planning

We don’t blame you for craving a wedding by the sea in the sunshine or wanting to run off to Italian vineyards.
